Shuttle Service
If your home or office is in Oakland, or you have some shopping to, just let your service advisor know you would like a ride. We will drop you off and pick you up again when your Lexus is ready.

Loaner Cars
If your car is being serviced and requires over two hours of shop time, we will provide you with a complimentary loaner car for the day - you just buy the gas.

Waiting Area
Our spacious waiting area is equipped with comfortable chairs around a big screen television. We now have Complimentary High Speed Wireless Internet Access in our Customer Lounge. Enjoy a Latte or a cookie on the house while you fire up your laptop and catch up on your email.

Wash and Vacuum
Our full oil change service includes a wash and vacuum of your Lexus. Any service above an oil change also gets a wash and vacuum. 

Detail Shop
Does your Lexus need to be freshened up? We have a full-service detail shop for complete exterior and interior details. Just call our service department for prices, specials, and to schedule.

Lexus New Owners Clinic - Lexus One on One
